Cal/OSHA (finally), federal OSHA (maybe), Washington State, and Florida (but not til 2028) – heat stress regulations are patchwork of confusion. This discussion will help sort out what the states and federal government are doing in the area of workplace heat stress regulation. In addition, the discussion will look at what OSHA’s National Emphasis Program is discovering at the nation’s workplaces.
